This 5-Hr. Community Notification (Flyering) of High Risk Sex Offenders provides any agency with a clear and concise strategy for conducting a legal, effective, and efficient Flyering operation. Topics will cover:

- Why agencies fail when deciding not to flyer offenders
- Community safety vs. a fearful community
- Methods of notification (Paper flyering, website, television, press, single notification)
- Verifying legal authority to conduct flyering operation (slightly different in each state)
- Multi-State case studies
- Preparing for flyering operation
- Assembling the team (agencies, responsibilities, etc.)
- Selecting the notification area and perimeters
- Working with other agencies to make the operation more efficient

- Dealing with hostile citizens who wish to harm the offender
